Applied Technology Solutions, Inc. (ATS) is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the technical development, integration, and delivery of engineering solutions for DoD, aerospace, and related hardware-based applications.

This is an engineering-focused Systems Engineering role for physical products and integrated systems. This is an engineering-focused role supporting the development of physical products and integrated systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Experience in systems engineering, requirements management, and program execution.
• Ability to read and work from SOWs, technical specifications, engineering drawings, interface documentation, and contractual deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Derive, decompose, allocate, and maintain system-level requirements from SOWs and specs.
• Develop and maintain requirements traceability across design, analysis, integration, test, and verification.
• Coordinate ICDs and interface-related communications among teams and stakeholders.
• Support multidisciplinary engineering systems development and integration across functions.
• Lead interface-control activities and maintain technical communications with customers.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
