Job summary

Applied Technology Solutions, Inc. (ATS) seeks a Systems Engineer in Indiana to support the development of innovative designs and lead in contract milestones and transitions.

You will interface with customers and a growing ATS engineering team, advancing Systems Engineering practices throughout the design process. You will help establish and maintain processes for configuration management, quality control, and related operations, ensuring deliverables meet contract requirements and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Background in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering preferred.
• Experience developing requirements.
• Secret DoD Clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience with MBSE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Derive, write, and track system requirements from SOWs.
• Support configuration management and deliverable indices.
• Maintain ICDs and facilitate team communication.
• Prepare for and execute milestone reviews with criteria.
• Track contract deliverables and ensure compliance.
• Support transition-out efforts and contract closeout.
• Foster Systems Engineering concepts across design processes.
• Help establish company processes for configuration management and quality control.
