Job summary

SES Air Force Division Automated Test Systems (ATS) Enterprise seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead integration, testing, and sustainment of ATS/ATE hardware and software portfolios. You will oversee design, fabrication, and modification activities for DoD systems, directing staff and prioritizing work across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include budgeting, resource planning, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and producing management documentation.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 12 years of Program Management experience with DoD projects and 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to direct and drive teams, manage schedules, and balance cost, quality, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of hardware/software design, fabrication, or modification for DoD ATS/ATE.
• Supervise staff, set priorities, resolve conflicts, and coordinate cross‑departmental activities.
• Manage budgets, manpower, resources, and financial reporting; produce management and financial documents.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and review deliverables; communicate effectively across teams.
