Qualifications

• BS in engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience deriving and tracing system requirements.
• Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams through design reviews.
• Ability to obtain Secret DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead derivation, decomposition, and traceability of system requirements.
• Ensure designs meet contractual and programmatic requirements.
• Coordinate system interfaces via ICDs with cross-functional teams.
• Support technical reviews and milestone readiness.
• Maintain deliverable indices and data packages with CM.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and communicate status to stakeholders.
