Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Air Force’s C-sUAS Engineering and Integration program. The engineer will design, integrate, operate, and sustain C-sUAS technologies within a complex system of systems at the Concord SIL and MATR test ranges in MA.

The role requires independent work within a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with Government customers, OEMs, vendors, and other engineering groups to deliver reliable C-sUAS solutions that meet mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS and 4–8 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 2–6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Must possess and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance or higher; U.S. citizenship required.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining server and network infrastructures supporting mission-critical systems.
• Experience configuring and administrating Linux, Windows, or VM-based systems.
• Experience supporting infrastructure engineering activities throughout the SDLC, including network architecture, implementation, integration, testing, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute day-to-day engineering activities for integration and test facilities per requirements, schedules, and baselines.
• Maintain the SIL and MATR IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and network interfaces for secure end-to-end connectivity.
• Support integration of multiple technologies into a secure interoperable system of systems environment.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to analyze requirements, develop network solutions, and integrate new technologies.
• Provide hands-on engineering support for demonstrations, assessments, field installations, and troubleshooting.
