Job summary

Leidos' Force Protection Division is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Air Force's C-sUAS Engineering and Integration program. The role involves design, integration, operations, and sustainment of C-sUAS technologies within a complex system of systems.

The position maintains the SIL and supports the Moore Army Test Range in Massachusetts, collaborating with government customers, OEMs, vendors, and other engineering teams to deliver reliable, field-ready C-sUAS solutions that meet mission

Qualifications

• BS and 4-8 years of relevant experience; or MS with 2-6 years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher; US citizenship.
• Experience designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining server and network infrastructure.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, or VM-based systems.
• Experience supporting the system development life cycle: architecture, implementation, testing, and operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network and system integration issues.
• Experience documenting network architecture and baselines.
• Experience with configuration-management and change-control processes.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements like RMF/STIGs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering activities for program integration and test facilities.
• Maintain SIL/MATR IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, firewalls.
• Integrate multiple technologies into a secure C-sUAS system of systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze requirements and implement network solutions.
• Support demonstrations, assessments, and field operations.
• Implement DoD and Leidos cybersecurity configurations (STIGs, RMF).
• Develop network diagrams and configuration baselines.
• Provide hands-on support for customer demos and field installations.
