Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Air Force's Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) Engineering and Integration program. The Systems Engineer will help design, integrate, operate, and sustain C-sUAS technologies within a complex system of systems in Concord, MA and at the MATR range in Ayer, MA.

You will analyze system requirements, develop IT solutions, and troubleshoot network issues while coordinating with Government customers, OEMs, and internal teams to deliver

Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering or related field, with relevant experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, maintaining server and network infra.
• DoD cybersecurity familiarity and RMF/ATO processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute day-to-day engineering activities for integration and test facilities.
• Maintain SIL and MATR IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers and firewalls.
• Integrate DoD and vendor tech into a secure, interoperable C-sUAS system.
• Collaborate with SE, SWE, Cyber, and Test teams to analyze requirements and implement networks.
• Support system integration events, demonstrations, assessments, and fielding.
• Implement secure network configurations per DoD/Cyber requirements (STIGs, RMF).
• Develop network diagrams, implementation plans, baselines, and docs.
• Provide hands-on support for demonstrations, assessments, field issues, and installations.
