Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Air Force's C-sUAS Engineering and Integration program. The role involves design, integration, operations, and sustainment of C-sUAS technologies within a complex system of systems, including IT infrastructure for the SIL in Concord and MATR support in MA.

The engineer will collaborate across disciplines to deliver reliable C-sUAS solutions that meet mission objectives.

Qualifications

Typically requires BS and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
Active DoD Secret clearance or higher; U.S. citizenship required.
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining server and network infrastructures
Experience configuring and administrating Linux, Windows, or Virtual Machine-based systems.
Experience supporting infrastructure engineering activities throughout the system development life cycle.
Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex network and system-integration issues.
Experience maintaining network architecture diagrams, configuration documentation and baselines.
Experience with DoD cybersecurity requirements and practices (STIGs, RMF/ATO).
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical issues and risks.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute day-to-day engineering activities for system integration and test facilities.
Maintain the IT infrastructure within the SIL and MATR test facilities (servers, switches, routers, firewalls, interfaces).
Support integration of multiple technologies into a secure, interoperable system.
Collaborate with Systems, Software, Cyber, and Integration teams to analyze requirements and implement network solutions.
Provide support for system integration events, demonstrations, assessments, and troubleshooting.
Implement and maintain secure network configurations per DoD and Leidos cybersecurity requirements.
Develop and maintain network architecture diagrams and configuration baselines.
Provide hands-on engineering support for customer demonstrations and field installations.
