Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer in Concord, MA to support the Air Force C-sUAS Engineering and Integration program. You will design, integrate, operate, and sustain C-sUAS technologies within a complex system-of-systems.

The role requires hands-on IT and network infrastructure work at the SIL and MATR facilities, collaboration with multiple engineering teams, and DoD cybersecurity compliance. The ideal candidate will manage facility IT, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to field

Qualifications

BS and 4-8 years experience, or Master's with 2-6 years
Active DoD clearance or higher; U.S. citizenship required
Experience designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining server and network infrastructures
Experience with Linux, Windows, or VM-based systems
Experience supporting infrastructure engineering throughout the SDLC
Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements, STIGs, RMF/ATO
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day engineering activities for the program's integration and test facilities
Maintain SIL and MATR IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, firewalls
Integrate multiple technologies into a secure, interoperable C-sUAS system of systems
Collaborate with Systems, Software, Cyber, and Integration & Test teams
Support system integration events, customer demonstrations, operational assessments, and field deployments
Develop and maintain network diagrams, configuration baselines, and technical documentation
