Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Air Force C-sUAS Engineering and Integration program, focusing on design, integration, operations, and sustainment of C-sUAS technologies within a complex system of systems environment.

The role centers on maintaining the SIL in Concord, MA and supporting MATR at the Ayer, MA range, collaborating with multiple engineering teams to deliver reliable C-sUAS integration solutions for mission objectives.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field; 4–8 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher; US citizenship required.
• Experience designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining server and network infrastructures for mission-critical systems.
• Hands-on with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and related hardware.
• Experience configuring and administering Linux, Windows, or VM-based systems.
• Experience supporting infrastructure engineering activities across the system development life cycle, including RMF/STIGs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute day-to-day engineering activities for the program’s integration and test facilities.
• Maintain the IT infrastructure within the SIL and MATR test facilities (servers, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.).
• Support integration of multiple technologies into a secure, interoperable C-sUAS system of systems.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Cyber, and Integration teams to analyze requirements and implement network solutions.
• Provide support for system integration events, customer demonstrations, operational assessments, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain secure network configurations per DoD and Leidos cybersecurity requirements (STIGs, RMF).
• Develop and maintain network architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and configuration baselines.
• Provide hands-on engineering support for customer demonstrations and field installations.
