Qualifications

• 5 years of industry experience with at least 2 years in a MSP environment.
• Experience with Exchange Management and Service Migrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Servers lineup including Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange Server.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and resolve Level 2–3 tickets.
• Support cloud migration efforts and manage server transitions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server environments.
