• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Experience with cloud service management and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Level 2–3 tickets and resolve escalated issues.
• Support cloud migration and deployment activities.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices and security measures.
