Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 / Scrum Coach to apply systems engineering to requirements analysis, design, and planning while supporting SAFe/agile execution with Product Owner collaboration for sprint reviews and PI planning.

The role interfaces with Government stakeholders and program personnel, ensuring technical integrity of deliverables and guiding integration across teams. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Scrum Coach certification.
• Experience with SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning.
• Education/experience equivalency pathways.
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop system requirements specifications.
• Ability to lead design and development activities.
• Ability to guide users and conduct feasibility studies.
• Ability to provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Ability to develop system documentation and test plans.
• Ability to communicate with government stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, op documents, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and assess alternative approaches.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporate new plans and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop technical and architecture documentation.
• Prepare system engineering management and test plans.
• Interact with government regarding SE considerations and issues.
• Communicate with program personnel and executives.
• Collaborate with Product Owner for SAFe ceremonies and PI planning events.
