Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 / Scrum Coach to apply systems engineering to requirements analysis, design, and integration while supporting SAFe/agile execution with Product Owner collaboration for sprint reviews and PI planning. The role interfaces with Government stakeholders, program personnel, and senior executives to ensure technical integrity of deliverables.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
Scrum Coach certification is required.
Experience collaborating with Product Owner for SAFe/agile ceremonies (PI planning, sprint reviews, I&A).
Experience to meet one of education/experience equivalency paths.
Ability to analyze requirements and lead design and development activities.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and system architectures to develop specifications.
Lead design and development activities.
Guide users in formulating requirements and evaluating alternatives.
Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Develop technical and system design documentation.
Prepare system engineering management plans and system integration/test plans.
Communicate with government stakeholders and executives.
Collaborate with Product Owner in SAFe/agile ceremonies and PI planning.
