Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 / Scrum Coach to apply systems engineering expertise and support SAFe/agile execution with the Product Owner for sprint reviews and PI planning. The role interfaces with Government stakeholders, program personnel, and senior executives to ensure technical integrity of deliverables.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Scrum Coach certification.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owner for SAFe ceremonies and PI planning.
• Ability to analyze requirements and lead system design and development.
• Ability to communicate with government stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to develop system engineering management and test plans.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop technical documentation and system architecture documentation.
• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and test plans.
• Interact with Government regarding systems engineering considerations and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning.
