Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid/Senior-level Scrum Master for a large-scale, fast-paced Intel program. The role uses SAFe, DevOps, and BDD/test automation to deliver complex systems. You will facilitate multiple teams, coach on Scrum and Kanban, and help remove impediments to sustain high performance.

Ideal candidates have extensive Scrum Master experience, SAFe/PMI-ACP certifications, and strong collaboration with Product Owners and System Engineers to meet PI goals and program milestones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• 4+ years as Scrum Master for software/technical teams.
• CSM/SSM/PMI-ACP or similar certification.
• Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, VersionOne, Rally, IBM RTC).
• Experience on large technical programs with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one complex agile team or several teams within an ART.
• Protect the team from scope creep and keep PI commitments.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineers.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Scrumban, or Kanban and ensure process adherence.
• Develop User Stories with Product Owners to meet acceptance criteria.
• Maintain information radiators and share team metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
