Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a Systems Engineer 3 / Scrum Coach to apply systems engineering expertise to requirements analysis, design, planning, documentation, and integration activities while supporting SAFe/agile execution with the Product Owner for sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt sessions, and PI planning events.

The role interfaces with Government stakeholders, program personnel, and senior executives and ensures the technical integrity of assigned work and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Scrum Coach certification.
• Experience collaborating with the Product Owner in SAFe ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning.
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop system requirements specifications.
• Ability to lead design and development activities.
• Ability to guide users in formulating requirements, advising alternative approaches, and conducting feasibility studies.
• Ability to provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Ability to develop technical documentation, system architecture documentation, and system design documentation.
• Ability to support system development and implementation planning, including system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Ability to interact with Government stakeholders regarding systems engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and assessing feasibility.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop technical documentation and system design documentation.
• Plan and manage system engineering tasks and test plans.
• Interface with Government stakeholders and senior executives.
• Coordinate SAFe/agile ceremonies with Product Owner for PI planning events.
