Job summary
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 / Scrum Coach. This role applies systems engineering to requirements analysis, system design, and documentation while supporting SAFe/agile execution with the Product Owner for sprint reviews, Inspect & Adapt, and PI planning.

Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
- Scrum Coach certification required; SAFe/agile experience with Product Owner involvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements, high-level system architectures, and develop system requirements specifications.
- Lead design and development activities.
- Guide users in formulating requirements and feasible alternative approaches.
- Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
- Develop system architecture, documentation, and test plans.
- Coordinate SAFe/agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning.
