Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 / Scrum Coach in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role blends systems engineering with SAFe/agile execution, supporting sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning while interfacing with government stakeholders and senior executives.

The candidate will guide requirements analysis, system design, and documentation, ensuring technical integrity across work products and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Scrum Coach certification.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owner in SAFe/agile ceremonies.
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop system specifications.
• Ability to lead design and development activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities based on requirements.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and feasible approaches.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements and design.
• Develop technical and system architecture documentation.
• Prepare system engineering management plans and test plans.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders on technical considerations.
• Ensure technical integrity of work and deliverables.
• Communicate with government overseers and executives.
• Collaborate with Product Owner for SAFe ceremonies and PI planning.
