• Strong skills in configuration management, Linux/Unix integration, network architectures, security protocols.
• Active security clearance required; DO-178/DO-254, AS9100, ISO 9001 familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and design integration of the platform into client environments and interfaces.
• Manage data interfaces, execution environments, OS configurations, and network topology.
• Lead verification strategies, hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop testing.
• Develop formal systems artifacts (V&V plans, architecture docs, CM materials).
• Serve as technical contact for reviews, gates, and cross‑functional coordination.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the integration of our platform into various client systems, ensuring that all hardware, software, and network components meet stringent compliance standards and client specifications. This position is hands-on and execution-oriented, requiring expertise in requirements management, system architecture, and technical baseline control. You will be instrumental in delivering formal systems artifacts and supporting government and enterprise clients with complex, mission‑critical integrations. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, coupled with at least five years of experience in systems or software engineering. Familiarity with government acquisition processes and documentation such as SRD, SRS, ICD, and related standards is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical skills in configuration management, Linux/Unix system integration, network architectures, radio/RF communications, and security protocols. An active security clearance is required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with industry standards such as DO-178, DO-254, AS9100, and ISO 9001. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

As a Systems Engineer at GrabJobs, your responsibilities will include defining and designing the integration of our platform into client environments, covering data interfaces, execution environments, OS configurations, network topology, encryption, and environmental qualification. You will identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring seamless system deployment. Managing technical baselines across programs is a key aspect of your role, including tracking requirements, verifying compliance, and evaluating design updates for impact. You will lead the development and delivery of formal systems engineering artifacts such as V&V plans, system architecture documents, and configuration management materials, ensuring adherence to contractual and regulatory standards. Leading end-to-end system architecture and design, you will serve as the technical authority across hardware, software, cyber, and data science disciplines. Defining verification strategies, acceptance criteria, and executing testing plans—including hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop environments—will be central to your duties. Additionally, you will act as the primary technical contact for clients, supporting technical reviews, milestone gates, and ensuring project objectives are met on time and within scope.
