Gromelski and Associates, Inc. is seeking a System Engineer to blend requirements management with hands-on engineering. You will manage requirements in JIRA, support system design tasks, and maintain MBSE models in Cameo within an Agile framework.
Responsibilities include leading interface definitions, preparing government design reviews, and coordinating across software, cyber, hardware, and safety teams. Candidates should have a DoD SECRET clearance or eligibility.
The system engineer position is a blend of requirements management and hands on engineering. Manage requirements using JIRA, including estimating, tracking and reporting progress towards completion. Support system design tasks, including definition and maintenance of hardware configurations including EOL parts, as well as software and system design tasks including creation of deliverable documentation such as system requirements and system design documentation. Hands on engineering tasks may include test and evaluation, scripting and configuration tasks, problem tracking and resolution, system installation or patching, hardware installation and configuration, or other tasks that may arise as part of an Agile integration team.
