Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania in Lancaster, PA seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple sites. You will focus on Windows-based systems, virtualization, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and backup/disaster recovery in hybrid on-site and cloud environments.

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and/or administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
• Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Administer Windows environments, virtualization platforms, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage endpoint and identity solutions, including Intune and Active Directory.
• Participate in IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, security teams, and business units.

Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer in the Lancaster, PA area to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across a few dozen locations. This hands-on role focuses on Windows-based systems, cloud services, virtualization, and backup/disaster recovery, with opportunities to work on both on-site and cloud environments.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
