Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with Engineering and Professional Services to deliver successful customer implementations.


• Resolve customer technical issues through effective troubleshooting and ticket management.


• Collaborate with internal technical teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.


• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and implementation best practices.


• Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance platform reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related technical discipline.


• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and production environments.


• Hands-on experience with cloud architecture and modern cloud technologies.


• Experience working with: Kubernetes, Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform or OpenTofu


• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.


• Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Comfortable working collaboratively with both customers and internal technical teams.


• Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship) due to government customer requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.


• Oracle and/or SQL Server experience.


• Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar).


• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.


• Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
