• Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune policies, profiles, applications, and compliance policies.
• Manage Windows endpoint deployments using Microsoft Autopilot.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related cloud services.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows servers, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, identity, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security and compliance standards.
• Participate in cloud migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Document systems, configurations, procedures, and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or systems engineering
• Strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft Intune
• Experience managingWindows 10/11 endpointsin an enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft 365andEntra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience withendpoint security, device compliance, configuration profiles, and application deployment
