Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Systems Engineer in Lancaster, PA to own and optimize our Microsoft-centric infrastructure. You will manage Intune policies, endpoint configurations, and cloud services, while collaborating with security and IT teams to enhance security, efficiency, and user experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of systems engineering experience, strong PowerShell scripting skills, and hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems administration or systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with endpoint security, device compliance, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows infrastructure.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, and endpoint issues.
• Understanding of Microsoft security technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune policies, profiles, applications, and compliance policies.
• Manage Windows endpoint deployments using Microsoft Autopilot.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related Microsoft cloud services.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows servers, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, identity, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security and compliance standards.
• Participate in cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and modernization projects.

Required Skills & Experience
