Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities include managing a complex Windows environment, server installation, operations, and maintenance, utilizing tools like Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization platforms. The role requires experience working in high-availability enterprise environments and supporting after-hours when needed. Responsibilities

• Manage installation, maintenance, and performance of enterprise servers
• Design and implement virtualization environments (VMware, Citrix, etc.)
• Configure network maps and wireless infrastructure
• Monitor, update, and patch systems for vulnerabilities
• Assist with firewall rules, firmware updates, and endpoint security
• Support disaster recovery strategies including SAN and off-site backups
• Partner with security team on threat mitigation and system hardening
• Respond to system issues and support staff technically
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and occasional weekend support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Windows Systems Administration experience
• Experience managing enterprise environments with thousands of devices
• Server installation, operations, and maintenance expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory (on-prem & Azure) and Office 365
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools
• Virtualization experience (VMware, Citrix, or similar)
