Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
• Two years of experience with the Department of Revenue Child Support Program.
• Two years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Two years of experience collecting and analyzing data to identify and solve problems.
• Two years of experience communicating effectively through reports, public speaking, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system outputs in a production environment.
• Perform data updates and corrections as needed.
• Compile reports and develop work instructions.
