Yakshna Solutions, Inc. seeks a Systems Analyst/QA Manager to lead QA for the HR1 Medicaid project in Richmond, VA, with hybrid work (3 days on-site).

The role calls for managing the full testing lifecycle, coordinating with state agencies, business teams, and vendors, and delivering End-to-End testing across MMIS/MES modules. The ideal candidate will direct SIT/UAT/E2E testing, develop test strategies, data, and documentation, and ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience managing UAT, defect triage calls, and multi-vendor coordination.
• Ability to design test cases, data, and verify software changes.
• Experience in Medicaid/MMIS environment preferred.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and PMO.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing efforts with business teams for user scenarios and test cases, support UAT, and ensure traceability.
• Maintain defect management processes and data integrity across systems; conduct post-test assessments.
• Identify risks early, collaborate with PMO for project oversight, and ensure communication with agencies, vendors, and leadership.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, and E2E testing for MMIS and MES modules, plus integration of COTS and data conversion.
