Job summary

BranCore Technologies, LLC is seeking a Systems Analyst/QA Manager in Richmond, VA for the HR1 Medicaid project. The role leads all QA activities and coordinates with state agencies, business teams, and vendors to ensure Medicaid requirements are met.

The position manages SIT, UAT, and E2E testing across MMIS and MES modules, including COTS integration and data conversion. On-site 3 days with 2 days remote; contractor role with 8-month duration.

Qualifications

• Experience with a large Scale Medicaid member eligibility processing software.
• Coordination of SIT, UAT and End-to-End testing on large projects.
• Test scenario development, data prep, execution, defect tracking, metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities to meet Medicaid requirements and coordinate with agencies, business teams, and external vendors.
• Manage full testing lifecycle: strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and E2E testing.
• Coordinate testing with business teams, obtain user scenarios and test cases, support UAT, ensure traceability.
• Maintain defect management processes and validate data integrity across systems.
• Ensure QA documentation and standards; conduct post-test assessments.
• Identify risks early; partner with PMO for project oversight; maintain stakeholder communication.
• SIT, UAT, and E2E testing for MMIS and MES modules; test COTS applications; data conversion.
• Manage defect triage with multiple vendors and track to closure.
• Develop test cases and data; verify software changes; liaise between developers and business.
• Communicate results and progress of all UAT including test metrics.
• Escalate and track UAT defects.
