Job summary

Global Sumi Technologies Inc. is seeking a System Analyst/QA Manager for the HR1 Medicaid project in Richmond, VA. The role leads all QA activities across SIT, UAT, and End‑to‑End testing, coordinating with state agencies, business teams, and external vendors.

You will design the test strategy, prepare test data, track defects, ensure traceability and compliance with Medicaid requirements, and report progress to stakeholders throughout the implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA across SIT, UAT and E2E testing
• Coordinate testing with business teams, agencies and vendors
• Defect management and test data preparation
• Communicate test results and metrics to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead all QA activities for the HR1 Medicaid project
• Design the overall test strategy, planning, execution and reporting
• Oversee End‑to‑End testing and data verification
• Coordinate UAT, ensure traceability and test coverage
• Manage defect triage calls with multiple vendors and track defects to closure
• Communicate progress to PMO, project leadership and agencies
