Qualifications

• This role leads all QA activities for Medicaid HR1 projects and ensures state requirements are met.
• Manages the full testing lifecycle, from test strategy to end-to-end execution.
• Coordinates testing with state agencies, business teams, and external vendors.
• Significant experience with mainframes and data validation is required.

Responsibilities

• Own SIT, UAT and E2E testing for MMIS and MES modules.
• Coordinate defect triage with multiple vendors and track to closure.
• Validate data integrity across systems and maintain QA documentation.
• Communicate testing status and risks to stakeholders throughout UAT.
