Job summary

RedSalsa Technologies, Inc. seeks a System Analyst/QA Manager in Richmond, VA (hybrid). You will lead QA across SIT/UAT/E2E for MMIS and MES modules, coordinating with state agencies, business teams, and external vendors. Responsible for test strategy, data prep, defect management, and issue resolution.

The role requires extensive experience testing large-scale Medicaid systems, mainframes, Teradata queries, and delivering comprehensive test documentation and status reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• This role requires lead QA for HR1 Medicaid project and SIT/UAT/E2E testing.
• Experience coordinating with state agencies, business teams and external vendors.
• Proven ability to deliver defects triage to closure and maintain test artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all QA activities across SIT, UAT and E2E for MMIS and MES modules.
• Design test strategy, plan, execute, and report testing progress.
• Prepare test data and oversee defect management and traceability.
• Coordinate with PMO and stakeholders; manage risk and communications.
• Validate data integrity across systems and coordinate with vendors.
