Yakshna Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the HR1 Medicaid project, lead QA activities, and ensure deliverables meet state Medicaid requirements while coordinating with state agencies, vendors, and business teams.

The role manages the full testing lifecycle, including design of test strategy, planning, execution, reporting, data preparation, and overseeing End‑to‑End testing across MMIS and MES modules and COTS integrations.

Qualifications

• Extensive defect triage management with multiple vendors.
• Ability to design test cases and data, validate changes and solve escalated issues.
• Communicate results and progress of UAT to stakeholders with metrics.
• Escalate and track UAT defects through resolution.
• Experience with mainframe environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing with business teams to gather user scenarios and test cases, support UAT, ensure coverage and traceability.
• Maintain defect management, ensure data integrity across systems and QA documentation.
• Identify risks early and coordinate with PMO and vendors for oversight and communication.
• Lead SIT, UAT and E2E testing for MMIS/MES modules and related COTS apps.
