Job summary

ONEOK is seeking a desktop technician to support users in a corporate office located in a field location. You will manage end-user devices, assist conference rooms, handle inventory, and onboard new hires to ensure smooth operations.

You will perform incident management related to IT infrastructure and work with IT staff to maintain reliable systems for business applications. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field or equivalent combination
• Experience supporting end-user devices and networks
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Triage and diagnose user issues not resolved by Service Desk
• Mentor Tier I staff during problem analysis
• Assemble and install servers and other equipment in data center
• Complete tasks to meet change controls for applications/infrastructure
• Collaborate with IT personnel on technology and support issues
• Collaborate with applications and infrastructure teams on new initiatives
