Job summary

ONEOK is seeking a Desktop Technician to support users in a corporate office in a field location. You will manage end-user devices, conference room tech, inventory, and onboarding of new hires, with occasional travel.

Responsibilities include incident management for IT infrastructure, working with Tier I staff to improve resolution efficiency, and collaborating with applications and infrastructure teams on new initiatives that impact the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and operating systems.
• Understanding of IP networking, virtualization, and data center concepts.

Responsibilities

• Triage and diagnose user issues beyond the service desk.
• Mentor Tier I staff during problem analysis to improve resolution efficiency.
• Assemble and install servers and equipment in the data center.
• Execute tasks to meet application and infrastructure change controls.
• Collaborate with IT and applications teams on new initiatives and impacts.
