Job summary

Vytalize Health is seeking a Junior Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications team. You will help translate business requirements into technical specifications, perform system configurations and build reports using SaaS tools, and triage issues to vendors with an analytical mindset.

You will support QA/UAT during releases, coordinate change management, and ensure data integrity across systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in analytics or systems support with enterprise applications
• Healthcare experience preferred; understanding of value-based care data and systems
• Proficiency in translating business objectives to application use and insight generation
• Ability to utilize SQL, Excel, and other data management platforms to analyze and present insights
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations
• Execute configuration changes or report builds using SaaS tools
• Develop and execute reporting solutions to support performance analysis
• Triage issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams or vendors
• Monitor data integrity and coordinate data validation across systems
• Act as a liaison between technical vendors and internal stakeholders
• Participate in QA and UAT testing, and support change management processes
