Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong documentation and traceability skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the technical roadmap with leadership.
• Gather requirements and translate into actionable specs for the tech team.
• Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead testing, including regression scripts and defect tracking.
