Job summary

Vytalize Health is seeking a Jr Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications team. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, perform system configurations and report build-outs using SaaS tools, and triage issues to vendors with an analytic mindset throughout release cycles.

The role requires 1–2 years of analytics or systems support experience, preferably in healthcare, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2 years in analytics or systems support, preferably with enterprise applications.
• Healthcare exposure preferred; value-based care data understanding is a plus.
• Certifications or coursework in Population Health, Salesforce/CRM/ERP, SQL, and analytics are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for systems.
• Configure SaaS tools and build reports to meet business needs.
• Triages issues with vendors and provides context for resolution.
• Participate in QA and UAT during release cycles.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
