Job summary

Joveo Inc. seeks an Application System Analyst Senior to bridge end users, operations, and vendors in designing, building, and optimizing critical healthcare applications.

You will analyze business issues, support, test, document, and implement medium to high complexity changes with minimal guidance. In this on-site role, you will collaborate with the Service Desk, lead testing efforts, prepare status reports, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and optimize assigned applications, solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.
• Lead team through complex testing processes and manage testing projects as necessary.
• Demonstrate advanced application understanding to meet customer goals and outcomes.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to standardize best practice workflows across ministries and partners.
• Coordinate with vendors on code changes and infrastructure-related issues impacting applications.
• Provide status reporting to stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and proactively troubleshoot moderate incidents and requests.
