Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and IT systems.
• Manage Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and system restoration procedures.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Monitor system logs and investigate performance or security issues.
• Support cloud infrastructure such as AWS and Azure.
• Implement and maintain security controls and endpoint protection.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting tools.

• Provide technical support and respond to system incidents.
