Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving client issues with Help Desk, Networking, and Tier II/III.
• Capture resolutions for systemic problems and document steps.
• Maintain printer server hardware/software and baseline configurations.
• Coordinate with teams to support enterprise IT operations.
