Job summary

GDIT seeks a seasoned IT professional for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems in a high-security environment. The role covers tiered support, system configuration and collaboration with ISSO/ISO teams to ensure compliance and performance.

Qualifications include 15+ years in SA roles, TS/SCI w/Poly, ITIL v4, and ServiceNow experience, with location on customer site in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Communicates status to agency management and internal customers during escalation.
• Configures and manages UNIX, Linux and Windows operating systems and related software.
