General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Systems Administrator to join a cohesive service desk team supporting enterprise IT. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise devices and networks, using SCCM and Active Directory to deploy images and manage users.

Strong communication and problem-solving across multiple locations are essential. The role requires DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, US Citizenship, and active TS/SCI clearance.

Formación

• DoD 8570 compliant for IAT Level II
• MS Windows 7/10 Operating System experience
• Experience with VPN technologies
• Experience with virtualization technology (VMware) desired
• Experience with configuration of Android and iPhones

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of enterprise computers, mobile devices, and related IT equipment
• Utilize a configuration baseline for mobile and desktop configurations including patches and operating systems
• Troubleshoot and deploy images using SCCM and Active Directory
• Monitor, manage, and secure user mobile devices via MDM software
• Resolve incidents across multiple locations and networks; coordinate with teams and track changes
