Job summary

General Dynamics - IT in Fort Bragg, NC is seeking a Systems Administrator to support enterprise IT, maintaining system health and ensuring mission readiness.

Qualified candidates will hold DoD 8570 IAT Level II, with experience in SCCM, Active Directory, VMware, VPN, Cisco Call Manager, and mobile device management. Must have TS/SCI clearance and enjoy a collaborative service desk environment.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 compliant for IAT Level II.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot enterprise computers, mobile devices, and related IT equipment.
• Use SCCM and Active Directory to troubleshoot and deploy images.
• Manage mobile devices with MDM to monitor and secure user devices.
• Build and deploy mobile solutions based on customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot incidents across multiple locations and networks via a ticketing system.
• Support POTS and Cisco Call Manager devices; coordinate with teams.
• Collaborate with CRM/SharePoint teams to resolve content/permissions issues.
