Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: minimum of 5 years in IT support or system administration.
• Proficiency in managing Windows, Linux, or other operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform system administration tasks including software installations, updates, and patch management.
• Provide technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
