Job summary

Kelley Create is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide escalated IT support, perform server/network troubleshooting, and assist with Pre-Sales Engineering tasks on client networks in a on-site capacity in Bothell, WA.

The role requires 3+ years in IT, experience with O365 and Windows Server, and LAN/WAN expertise. BA/BS preferred;Certifications such as Azure/MCSA/CCNA are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in IT bench, support, field, or consulting role.
• Minimum three years with O365, Windows Servers, and supporting technologies.
• Minimum three years with LAN and WAN configuration, setup, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets across OS, hardware, and networking.
• Provide timely solutions for Pre-Sales Engineering requests and consult with users on business objectives.
• Maintain excellent customer service while updating clients on ticket status.
• Continually develop technical skills via training and certifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
