Onni in Seattle seeks an IT Systems Administrator (Tier 2) to deliver high-quality internal and client support, owning tickets from start to resolution.

You will handle Windows 10/11, M365, AD/Entra ID, and network issues, coordinate with Tier 3, and assist with on-call rotations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, documentation, and customer service in a fast-paced MSP/IT environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in IT support with MSP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, AD/Entra ID, and networks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tickets in an SLA-driven environment.
• Criminal background check clearance required.
• Certifications (optional): CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot endpoints, printers, and business apps.
• Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Manage AD/Entra ID accounts, MFA resets, onboarding/offboarding.
• Monitor system alerts and coordinate vendor/escalations.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
• Maintain ticket hygiene and contribute to KB/SOP.
