Job summary

Kelley Create seeks a skilled Systems Administrator in Bothell, WA for full-time on-site work. The role focuses on escalated support, change control, and PSE solutions for client end users, with duties spanning onsite diagnostics, maintenance, and complex troubleshooting.

Requires 3+ years in IT support, experience with O365/Windows Server, and strong LAN/WAN knowledge. Provide after-hours support and collaborate across IT teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in IT bench, support, field, or consulting.
• Minimum of three years with Office 365, Windows Server, and supporting technologies.
• Minimum of three years of LAN/WAN configuration, setup, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets related to line of business apps, OS, or hardware.
• Provide timely Pre-Sales Engineering (PSE) solutions; perform systems analysis with users.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate ticket updates professionally.
• Pursue ongoing technical and professional development.
• Other duties as assigned.
