Job summary

Nmble Hiring Solutions is seeking an IT support specialist in the Chicago area to take escalations and resolve recurring issues, covering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and AD.

You will automate with PowerShell, document fixes for Tier 1 handoffs, and ensure onboarding/offboarding access is handled on time.

The role offers a pay range of $70K–$90K base, with work arrangements ranging from mostly remote to several days onsite depending on the employer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support with Tier 2 or sysadmin experience.
• Experience with Intune/MDM and Active Directory.
• PowerShell used to fix real problems.
• Strong ticketing and documentation for others to follow.
• Based in the Chicago area.
