Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Systems Administrator with a Secret clearance to advance enterprise IT operations. You will patch, configure, and manage Windows servers and work with classified/unclassified environments.

Responsibilities include patch management, vulnerability remediation, and supporting DoD standards. Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• At least 5 years of related experience in IT infrastructure.
• Secret clearance required or must be able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Patch desktops/servers, install and configure software, hardware, and networks.
• Monthly Microsoft patching (OS, apps, desktop, and server).
• Maintain WSUS servers (classified).
• Test updates on unclassified systems before importing to classified WSUS.
• Update CCB documentation for patching OS and changes.
• Participate in Configuration Control Board (CCB) for system modifications.
• Review changes for vulnerabilities and propose secure solutions.
• Run monthly vulnerability scans (SCAP) of classified systems and track remediations.
